Implementation of Digital Signature for document submission:
As per AICTE latest notification Digital Signature is mandatory for AICTE Approved Colleges Trust / Society / Company Only four authorised DSCs shall be permitted namely i.e. President / Chairman of the Trust / Secretary / Treasurer / Head of the Institution.
AICTE has endeavoured to process the applications for grant of approval to all its courses in ONLINE mode since past years. Furthering the cause. all applications shall be required to be signed digitally using a digital signature from the upcoming Approval Process for AY 2O21-2022.
Class-3 Organization Digital Signature required by you are also informed that for any Trust / Society / Company Only four authorised DSCs shall be permitted namely i.e. President / Chairman of the Trust / Secretary / Treasurer / Head of the Institution.
AICTE - DSC Requirements:
For Trust / Society / Company, the applicant needs to upload scanned copies of below documents:
1. Applicant Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Collage ID Card & Photo.
2. Authorizing person (PAN Card / Institution Id Card).
3. AICTE Approved Certificate.
4. Organization certificate (i.e. Trust / Society / Company) Trust deed / Incorporation Certificate / Society Registration certificate.
5. PAN card required for Organization Name (i.e. Trust / Society / Company).
6. A) With GST: Organisational GST latest filing copy (i.e. Trust / Society / Company).
7. Bank Statement required for Organization Name i.e. Trust / Society / Company (Latest 3 Pages & less than 3 months).
8. Authorization letter signed by the reporting authority of the Institutions (i.e.President / Chairman of the Trust / Secretary / Treasurer / Head of the Institution). Letter must be printed on Institution letter-head.
9. In video (Applicant Show Orginal Pan or Aadhar, Authorization letter, Authorizing person Id Card, Bank Statement,AICTE Approved Certificate, Board resolution / Trust Deed).
